Just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for a job well done by your staff at our Casino Night at Parmer Woods Assisted Living. We have been doing a Casino Night for several years in honor of Assisted Living Week. The residents, our team members, and your staff always have a great time of fun for the night.
The staff that you send to attend the games are always very accommodating and patient with our elderly residents. They talk and joke with them and make the residents feel good about being at their table.
We look forward to another great time next September. Again, thanks.

Just wanted to say thank you SO much for all of your hard work in helping plan our event Saturday night! It was beyond great and went more smoothly than I ever thought it could! I wanted to make sure Kenneth's road crew and Russ's dealer staff knew how appreciated they were and how much Pi Phi enjoyed having them there! I want to thank you so much for you and your team accommodating our last minute request for 3 black jack tables and a craps table. Originally the group was going to be outside at the water for an after party and then with the forecast of rain (when does it rain in July in Texas!!), we moved their after party inside to the hotel ballroom.
The Client asked if we could arrange a casino party since the party would now be inside, hence my call to you. You returned my call within 5 minutes of stepping off the plane from Vegas and had the dealers coordinated within an hour. You truly show the true sense of partnership and customer satisfaction. The Client was ecstatic and so impressed with your Team and this is a top Corporate Client that knows what it is like to provide the customer experience.
